Foundation Physics - 'g' by Free Fall Apparatus

• The Foundation Physics range centres around the Universal Stand and includes accessories which allow a wide range of experiments to be conducted. Each add-on includes a comprehensive instructional guide with student tasks which are linked to the curriculum.

With the Foundation Physics g by Free Fall Apparatus, students can observe and measure the acceleration of a falling object. The unique drop and catch design, when used with the Foundation Physics Universal Stand allows an object to fall directly through a pair of photogates (not supplied). The exact value for gravity can then be calculated for your local geographic area.

The two included marbles have different masses, so the experiment can be repeated multiple times to illustrate the universal effect of gravity.
